Pet Policy
- Approval Required: All pets must be approved through our PetScreening integration partner as part of the application process. All applicants and residents—regardless of pet ownership—must complete the PetScreening process.
- Pet Limit: A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment home.
- Restrictions: Weight limits apply and are determined based on the results of the PetScreening process. Non-acceptable canine breeds are: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Wolf-Hybrid, St. Bernard, Great Danes, Chows, Bull Mastiff and Standard Poodles. Any aggressive pet, even if not listed above, including livestock, poisonous, or exotic pets is not allowed on property. No guest pets are allowed.
- Fees & Deposits: Pet fees, deposits, monthly pet rent, and liability insurance requirements vary based on the results of the PetScreening evaluation. Additional fees may apply for restricted breeds or other conditions determined by the screening process. Community Pet Rules
- Waste Disposal: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately. Waste stations are provided for convenience.
- Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the apartment home.
- Noise & Behavior: Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbance caused by pets must be addressed immediately. Repeated issues may result in lease violations.
